Not sure how to begin the college application process? This 1.5-hour educational meeting covers everything you must consider when applying to college. I will help you get started and will help you come up with a plan so that you can have a stress-free experience.
Career Assessments
Before heading off to college, it can be beneficial for students to complete a career assessment. I test students on their natural aptitudes and combine that with their interests to create a list of possible career options. I then show them how to research potential careers to help them find the right fit. Students will meet with me to discuss their research and to make plans for further career exploration. My goal is to help students decide on a major before applying to colleges.
College List Building
Building a college list can be a time-consuming and stressful process. With so many universities to choose from, I help students create a custom list that considers their goals and personalities. I’ll take the time to research and help students come up with the perfect list.
Essay Crafting
The college essay can be one of the most important aspects of a student’s college application. I help students come up with one of a kind topics and essays that they will be proud of.
Application Review
This service is for those who would like to have their application reviewed prior to being submitted.
Filling out the FAFSA & Scholarship info
The FAFSA is a necessity for most families, yet it can be quite complex to complete. I guide families through the completion of the form as well as providing information regarding scholarships.
Other Services
I can help with short answer questions, creating a resume, writing the activities list, and preparing for an interview. I am here to guide students and to help eliminate the stress that comes with the process.
The Comprehensive Package
This is for students who want help with the entire process. We can begin either junior or senior year. This package includes the career assessment, college list building, essay crafting, supplemental essays (for up to 12 universities), application review, resume building, activities list, interview prep, scholarship search, completing the FAFSA form, decision making, and a final college advice session.
Pricing varies according to students’ needs and smaller packages can be created for a discounted rate. Students applying only to Florida State Universities also receive a discount.

SAT Prep options
Strategy Session: This 2 hour meeting includes strategies for the Reading, Writing, and Math sections of the SAT. At the end of the session, a customized study plan is created and students are given resources to continue practicing on their own. Follow up meetings to track progress and address specific questions can be arranged.
Customized Service Blocks
Purchase a pre-paid 4-hour block of time to be used for any of the above types of college services that you may need (Except for List Development). The choice is yours. This is considered the best deal particularly for seniors who already have a final list of schools.
